Please ensure your booking accounts for any setting up or clearning away times.
Please keep your confirmation email as you can now rechedule or cancel a booking via the links sent to you.
Car parking is on-street or adjascent car park. please park responsibly and do not cause any obstructions.

Do not use the above form for Rock Painting Parties with taff Rocks. These can be booked from this page on our blog.

Availability

Closed on public and bank holidays.

Weekends by special arrangement.

Bookings are taken on a first come - first served basis. To see the list of facilities we have to offer, check the facilities page.

The space can be hired for many purposes, for example:

Coffee mornings
Afternoon teas
Formal and informal gatherings
Workshops
Community education
Business meetings
The list can go on

We are unable to cater for bookings that wish discos etc. The hall is in a residential area and we must be mindful of our neighbours.

Cancellations and Reschedules

To cancel or reschedule your booking, please use the links in your confirmation email.

Short notice cancellations: Please send an email then telephone 01685 673740. Telephoning is essential as TR members may not be able to access their email at that time.
