Booking
- Make a booking
- Cancel or reschedule a booking - check your confirmation email for links that will enable you do do this
- E-Mail - always use the above methods to make, reschedule or cancel a booking in the first instance, e-mail only if there are experiencing any issues.
Complaints
Should you have any cause to make a complaint, please feel free to do so, we will endeavour to remedy any issues you have with Taff Rocks, the building or any hirers of the building. Please include as much detail as possible, including:
- Your name and contact details, we will keep this confidential
- Date of incident
- Time of incident
- Name(s) of person or persons involved - if applicable
- Please keep your complaint to the point, include facts and explain the impact the issue has had on you

Finance
Note: When you book the hall, your invoices will come from Taff Rocks, who manage the building, and not from 'Smyrna'.
WhatsApp Broadcast Channel
- We run two private WhatsApp Broadcast Channels. One for Smyrna and one for Taff Rocks. These are one-to-many broadcasting only channels where even we cannot see who is following the channel.
